Ian Rankin cycles for Murrayfield Injured Players Foundation

This month and next, MIPF's chairman, Ian Rankin will be donning the lycra and heading out on the bike for the Etape Loch Ness and the Caledonia Etape events.

These cycle rides, 66 miles and 81 respectively, are hard work - the Caledonia includes the small matter of climbing Schiehallion in the middle - and Ian has been putting in the training miles.
